Cockatiel Fun Facts
Meet Rocky!
In June of 2010, my family and I got a cockatiel and eventually named him Rocky. Since we got him, I've had this fascination for cockatiels and want to share my knowledge with the world.
Just so you have the basics, cockatiels are birds that are native to Australia. They still live in the wild, but are also common house pets. Having a cockatiel as a pet is a huge commitment, but is worth it for most people. Cockatiels are sweet, friendly birds who want attenion and love, and if you give them that (plus things such as food and water), they will become your feathered companion for the rest of their lives.
I find that I do my best writing when it is on cockatiels. So, I will combine my knowldge of cockatiels with the internet's to make this page and help confued people everywhere.
So, I hope that you learn a lot and enjoy!
